Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
